In addition, recognizing the fact that talent in cutting-edge technologies represents the foundation of technological research and innovation, as well as responding to ongoing trends such as industrial transformation and upgrading and the development of emerging high-tech industries, the Team collects and analyzes information on overseas human resources in cutting-edge technologies and relationship networks in order to provide the country with strategic recommendations on the cultivation of such high-tech talent.
