Team Introduction
Since 2008, the Project Management Service Team has been engaged in developing and supporting science and technology project reviews and performance evaluations. Its achievements include the development of the Government Research Bulletin, Government Science and Technology Project Network, NSTC Project Management Information Platform, National Science and Technology Project Management Platform, Management Platform for Scientific Instruments over TWD$10 million, and the Research Institution Performance Evaluation Platform. Through these platforms, the Team has greatly supported the work of the National Science and Technology Council.
The Team's main responsibilities include: supporting the management and assessment of the aforementioned science and technology projects, providing comprehensive project management services from policy information to outlines and individualized plans, conducting value-added inventory and analysis of science and technology projects, and providing value-added information that can be used by government agencies and external reviewers. In addition, the Team continues to explore models for database revitalization, develops smart auxiliary analysis tools to enhance the quality and content of its database services, and promotes inventory and spotlight projects for popular research topics.
